JV Coaches

Matt Mulvaney - JV Head Coach

Coach Mulvaney is entering his 4th season as a member of the Broncos Baseball Program and his 2nd season as the JV Coach. He currently teaches Elementary P.E. in District #220 and also provides hitting and pitching instruction at The FattFro Zone in Barrington. Coach Mulvaney attended Grayslake Central High School where he was a three-sport varsity athlete (Football, Basketball, and Baseball). He graduated from Aurora University where he earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Education/Health, while also lettering on the Spartan Baseball Team. As a senior he was named Team Captain and helped lead the Spartans to a Northern Athletics Conference Championship and NCAA Tournament berth. Prior to joining the Broncos Program he served on the coaching staff at Grayslake Central which appeared in the 2012 3A Super-Sectional and placed 3rd in Class 3A in 2013. Coach Mulvaney has a true passion for player development and coaching the game. 


David Sunseri – JV Assistant Coach

David Sunseri graduated from Driscoll Catholic High School in 1997. After playing four successful baseball and football seasons for DCHS, which included being on a state championship team, David played two years of college baseball at Benedictine University and College of DuPage. David also played college football and ran one year of college track while majoring in Social Science/ History. David graduated from Benedictine University in 2003 and before joining the Barrington staff in November, has coached various baseball camps as well as seven years of high school football and one year of wrestling.

David currently resides in Crystal Lake, is happily married to his wife Melanie, and is a proud parent of twins.
